I've just read about the ebayer who sent an item out and then paid a refund because the item was 'not received'.  The ebayer looked at the buyer's feedback and it was 100% but did some digging and found out that the purchaser was claiming 'item not received' all the time as a scam.

I too have thought that people could scam like that, luckily it hasn't happened to me.  But this did make me think that perhaps if you send out an item and it isn't received, as a seller you could make a note of this on the feedback - it would soon show a pattern if that was happening and sellers could beware.
