I am a little tired of hearing about how buyers are being ripped off on ebay. It seems that people don't know how an auction works. You pay what you think an item is worth, one mans junk is another man's treasure.
The art of shopping is to look around for the cheapest buy, if it is cheaper in Primark or Top Shop go and buy it there. Do your market research before you log on to ebay. Sellers get really fed up with people buying and moaning. Bear this in mind, you will always find an item cheaper somewhere else, that is life!!! No one ever questions Marks and Spencer as to where their suppliers are and how much profit they make.
If you are 'rip off' whinger here is my advice most things for sale on ebay can be bought in a high street store. Go and look around the shops first, choose some items you would like to buy and then see if they are cheaper on ebay, will save us all a lot of time and stress
The high street stores are renowned for only stocking good sellers in certain areas, ebay opens up all styles to all areas and gives the buyer more choice, buyers just have to pay a bit more for it, but always check the completed listings because sometimes it goes for a lot less. How many times do you go into a store and find they don't have your size well ebay fills that gap too.
Lets not forget in these financially dark days ebay is creating a living for a lot of people, It also creates a lot of bargains for the not so well off.
