Refund Scammers!!!

In our experience, We are now sending all items signed for, and charging the buyer!

SOME! not stereo typing everyone obviously, but some buyers are purchasing items and paying via paypal, some items to the value of £40, in our case, some other eBayers may be higher! but then.......These so called buyers are paying via PayPal, then waiting a week or so, and claiming they have not received their item...They are then placing a refund claim with paypal, which usually goes in favour of the buyer, and.... OH YES!!!1 getting their money back, and also having the origional item that they paid for!!!

The old system was to place a dispute with eBay, but this seems to have gone out of the window, now buyers have realised they can get a straight refund with PayPal, with what seems, basically no questions asked.

BE WARNED..... This has now happened to us on numerous occasions, as to be honest is now costing us money. We would like to make you aware, that the best security that The Royal Mail offer for current eBay Sellers is Recorded Delivery.... If Buyers want your item, they will be willing to pay an extra 72p for it to be signed for.....

And besides, you are also helping to keep the local  Post Offices open....

Hope this helps!!!!
