Returning of Items by Buyers:

I notice that more and more Sellers are adding "NO RETURNS" to their Items for sale description page......SDellers please be aware that UK DISTANCE SELLING LAW allows Buyers on the Internet to send the Item back if they do not want it when it arrives. There is a time limit to returning Items to The Seller, and in most cases EBAY policy has The Buyer paying for that return Postage costs too.

Personally,I send the Buyer a refund for that return cost too IF it's my fault in that the Item is 'not as described' and then the refund is issued after I receive the Item back to confirm the mistake I may have made.We are all prone to ocassional errors.

I sincerely hope this helps some Seller at least?,happy selling!!,westhighlandscotty.
