I listed a Samsung galaxy s2 and was sent a message asking if I could send to their nephew as it was his birthday Monday (this was Saturday). I agreed and they paid for the phone. I sent them the tracking number and they reversed the payment. (claimed unauthorised payment). I emailed the buyer and never got 1 reply. I wanted to know what was going on. I called way who unregistered the user. I called the police (pointless). They told me to inform the fraud team online which I did. They responded with (unfortunately we cannot review every case). I emailed PayPal twice as I didn't have a clue why the payment was reversed. I got the usual email that nobody understands. I emailed them again. (nothing) then a day later I received the news - THE CASE HAS GONE IN FAVOUR OF THE BUYER - OMG I had been slammed for £330. Have tried to appeal. I had had an email saying I could send the phone and then an hour later they reversed the payment!!!! I had the addresses and proof that I sent the phone.
