I love ebay and have bought and sold to some genuinely nice people but recently I have been having a few problems..... It all started when I started making and selling ornate bedroom/salon chairs and fancy stools as me and my partner found that I was pregnant and so needed an extra income. The items I have been seling well and people have been realy very pleased. Then I discovered the 'buy it now' section and realised that its a quick way for buyers to purchase your items and then as a seller you dont have to wait days and days to sell your items. Sounds great??? Well thats where Ive found a bit of a problem! I dont know whether its someone who sells similar items to me or whether its just random nasty people but I have been having people click the 'buy it now' button and then just not paying for the item! Now I know that I can reist but the thing is it takes about two weeks to complete an unpaid item strike and so I am left with an item thats unable to be listed! Then I found a fantastic 'clickable' When you list and item as "buy it now" theres a little box you can click under the payment section headed "paypal" and it says "Require immediate payment when buyer uses Buy It Now" MY ADVICE TO YOU IS USE THIS!!! This way the item has to be paid for instantly!! so you dont get timewasters and general nastyness :) Thankyou for reading this and I hope it helps! Hayley...
