If you have purchased your Sky Box from an Authorised Agent (Like us) your equipment comes with a 1 year warranty. In the event that your box develops a fault simply call Sky direct (the number is on your viewing card) and follow the instructions. Sky will then be able to diagnose the fault over the phone and if needed send out an engineer.

WARNING - Be sure to purchase your box from an authorised Sky Agent, if you do not Sky will not cover the warranty and will make you pay for the call out / repair. If you are in doubt if the seller is authorised as them for their ASA Number (Authorised Sky Agent), if they cannot give it to you they are not a Sky Agent...
