Hi, these are a few of tips that I have learnt over the time I have been buying on ebay, they can be really useful, especially if you are a reasinably new member (a bit like myself). 1. If your not interested in the hastle of bidding in an item because it is too popular, when buying look straight for a BUY NOW logo. 2. If you are bidding against an experienced ebayer always enter a maximum bid just so you can have the last laugh if he tries to out bid you buy penny, the maximum bid will activate once the other ebayer has entered a higher price than you. 3. When searching for items, if you know the exact name type it in but with - in between every word, e.g. for plant pot , type in plant-pot. This way the ebay search engine will find the exact name and diplay any matching results. 4. If you spotted an item and you are inerested in buying always check the condition, pictures can be decieving. 5. When buying something like a ticket and you are worried it might not come and is a con check out the sellers feedback, if the seller is experienced and has more or less 100% positive buy the tickets but if the seller is new and has lots of negative feedback don't buy the ticket. More tips to come ...
