I tried using Parcel Monkey in early Feb as their price was so low. They failed to turn up to collect the package first day as arranged, but I did get them to collect it the following day. They delivered it very late on a Friday evening and when opened on Saturday, the item was damaged, probably dropped upside down onto a hard surface? I sent them email messages as they were closed for the weekend and their rules state they must be notified within 24 hours? I got zero response to my emails and I tried to call them several times, but all you get is the hold on messages for 20 minutes before they tell you to use the website to email them. Since Feb I must have sent messages atr least 30 times but zero response, I even wrote to their listed offices but got zero response at all. I guess I have just given up on them now, which is a pity, as since Feb I have used another carrier about 20 times, so they have lost my business? I should have checked before I placed the order, to see if I could easily contact them by phone? I also found out too late, that they only accept responsibility for up to £50 of loss or damage and anything more than that wants at least another £12 pounds or so ?
Be very careful before you use these people!
