Why I got a refund on my quinny buzz

I bought the complete quinny buzz travel system for my newborn. Whilst out walking one day the carrycot tipped forward and hit the pavement causing my son to by thrown forwards luckily no harm came to my son just a small scratch on his forehead, he was saved by the carrycot cover. Might I add that there was no shopping on the pram to weigh it down or overbalance it.!!  Then we decided to try him in the pushchair part we pushed the small hood back and the rivet fastening that kept it attached to the pushchair sheared off and narrowly missed his eye (this rivet was spring loaded).This was the first time we had tried it. I was suitably shocked and upset and completely lost my faith in this product. After complaining to the Manufacturer and Trading Standards I was given a full refund !!  Might I add that Quinny said they had never had this fault before and have every faith in their product. I however do not feel the same way.
