Sometimes, things dont always go to plan. Because of this, we have a complaint policy in place. This is useful if a customer is disatisfied with any aspect of our service, including after sales. Over the next couple of minutes, we are going to explain what you can do if things go wrong, or if you are disasisfied with any aspect of our service.
What you should do :
First of all, you should contact us by email via. eBay. We aim to reply within 24 hours. When you get your response, you will get further instructions on who to contact.
This will probably be the Duty Manager. Our Duty Managers are trained in customer relations, and are always here to help you. They will always try there best to make your shopping experience with us an easy and enjoyable one. The Duty Managers will be the ones who will decide which is the best step forward - and, of course, you will have your say in what you think we should do.
Just remember, we want you to be satissfied with every aspect of our service. If you not, its our job to do something about it.
