Purchased a 10 person tent from tentmarket, found it to leak, guide ropes snapped, porch poles snapped and shock cords snapped in two of the poles. Seller turned out to be Sanamarket. When I tried to obtain a refund from Sanamarket my email was answered by magicgadgets who were trading out of the same address in Bournemouth. Needless to say they did not offer me a refund even though the tent had only been up for a total of 5 days. Avoid buying a tent from any of these companies at all costs.Trading Standards will be contacted.
