I have an EBAY shop which i pay £6 a month for , for the last 2 weeks i have been unable to list anything as there is a technical issue. Ebay customer support does not email me back in response to the issue, and when i ring them they tell me to get off the phone.
Paypal will not dispute the payment with them as its part of their own company so i have no course of action , the entire experience of having an ebay shop is beginning to get me down and soon if it persists i am going to go out of business. I have taken delivery of a huge amount of stock and have no-where to list or sell it . It could even mean me losing everything.
maybe others have had a similar experience to me ???
its not too late to contact me ebay and resolve this matter , but i have asked directly by email and they dont seem to want to talk , and when i ring them they tell me to get off the phone. Next stop trading standards and bbc watchdog program .....
