In early Jan 08 i purchased a "Brandnew Apple ipod nano 8GB", as advertised to me on ebay. When i recieved this item after paying £75 + £8.99 p&p i realised it was fake straight away as i have one myself , the purchase was for my daughter who was gutted. I was fuming and contacted the seller who was knowhere to be found "No Longer registered user" email "Email notification failure". This was by the way the same day i recieved the item. I couldn't be arsed waitin 30 days for paypal and not knowing wether i would get a refund. I just rang my bank "Barclays" who told me as it was a direct debit that i was covered automatically for online anti fraud protection. I told them the exact story above , they obviously knew all about the transaction etc. They told me that because the item was fake not genuine as it was stated when it was sold to me it was classed as "None recieved goods". They sent me a form to fill in and I printed off a few email reciepts of winning bid and payment and had all my money back within 6 days. Hope this info was of use and probably most of the high street banks will have this facility.

                                                               Good luck :)
