if you are having problems with a buyer or seller always make sure you keep your calm and deal with them on a 1 on1 basis as this is the best way as there may always be a reason for the process to be slow or the items to be wrong
leaving negative or neutral feedback before talking with the buyer or seller about your problem cannot be removed and this will effect their score even though it may have not been their fault! always think about the feedback properly and send your answers once you have recived the items and seen the full service history
if you have problems with feedback left by a buyer or seller becuase you feel that you are not at fault you canask for the feedback to be removed if both buyer and seller can agree on it
at the end of the day all feedback left to you or your seller or buyer will help improve the process of buyinh and selling so PLEASE everyone be as honest and polite as you can be so we can catch the real idiots that dont pay for their bids and mess people about!!
