12 December I purchased 48 quails eggs from a seller previously known as lincoln.quails89 and now goes by the name of game-birds.

They were purchased as part of my autistic son's Chrismas present as he loves to watch our bantam chicken chicks hatch and loves helping me to care for our own birds at home, yet our birds were not laying, so I thought that quails eggs would be fun for him watch them hatching. Plus I am told that jumbo quail make good, tame pets so chose this seller as they offered what I thought was good value.

By 22nd December they had not arrived.

I contacted seller 3 times, seller was rude and unhelpful and offered varying dates as to when the item was posted firstly stating 14th Dec later stating 16th.

Seller couldn't provide proof of postage when I asked for it so I could trace the item myself as the seller made no effort to chase it up. The seller made accusations suggesting I had already recieved items but wanted more. Item was supposedly sent recorded delivery which whould mean that Royal mail would be able to provide proof of the delivery which can be seen on their website or can be requested at the post office so the seller's claim is not plausible.

Still no items by 29th Dec so opened item not recieved case.

Seller sent rude and offensive emails, provided no proof of postage so had to issue refund.

Seller stated item was returned to him weeks after posting, though Post office and sorting office  have no records whatsoever. And seller can offer no proof either.

Seller asked for thanks for the service he provided.

See this sellers feedback, it's not good. Avoid this seller.

Seller breaches Ebay's feedback policy by leaving negative feedback which contradicts a positive rating.
