by uk law, ALL sellers, wether on the internet or in a shop have a legal duty to ensure all goods purchased arrive in good condition and in reasonable time.

**remember, when you pay sellers, to add a note that proof of posting is not proof of delivery- they could have posted a leaflet etc that are received on a daily basis

to say no refunds is, in some cases ILLEGAL, for example with faulty or misdescribed goods.

sellers cannot deduct postage for returns of faulty items

if you change your mind, or misread the description, refunds are entirely at the sellers discretion
