the major problem I have had is with Pay Pal. Item received was different model from one list; seller refused sufficient information for return. Pay Pal was not helpful but it took me several weeks to tracker sellers address.
In the meantime, despite many e-mails to Pay Pal they chose close the dispute without warning. The item was enroute to seller and now I am left without merchanise and without repayment.
Can anyone give me Pay Pal's address and /or information so I can file a complaint with Ombudman?
