I paid a seller for an item he could not claim because paypal said it was the wrong e mail address, so i paid to another e mail address which he received, Paypal would not let me cancel the first payment they kept saying try again each time to no avail,In the finish they took two amounts out of my bank account for the same item I tried everything to get in touch with paypal but there is no way, i tried to phone them but landed up speaking to a robot which had no programming for my situation.
