I use Royal Mail 2nd Class for all my items I post,
 
Please click "Postage and payments" tab on the item description to see that listings postage service and handling time,
 
Once your item is in Royal Mail's system please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery, not counting Saturday & Sunday as these are not working days,
 
You should receive a “Item has been posted” email from Ebay, this is to let you know it is on it's way and will be with you shortly,
 
Most items will arrive on or around this time frame, if however they do not arrive please message me and I will look into it for you, in the worst case Royal Mail quote up to 10 working days for 1st & 2nd class post, but taking this long is rare,
 
I attach a return address label to all my items, if for any reason it can't be delivered it gets returned to me, this is so Royal Mail don't have to pay out on compensation claims for lost in post items,
 
Oversize items, (to big to fit through your letter box),
If your order is oversize and you are not in to collect from the postman, it will be returned to your local sorting office depot and it will wait there for 2 weeks for collection, the collection depot is not your local Post Office, it is the place where the postman is based, ask the postman if you don't know where it is, Posties are supposed to leave a card saying where the item can be collected, but this is not always the case, if in doubt check the local sorting office,
