Additional Returns Information

Unfortunately, items supplied that are cut to length or made-to-measure cannot be returned. When returning items the buyer must contact us before sending to receive a return reference number. eBay recommend items are returned using a tracked, signed for and insured service. The buyer pays for the return postage. Items must be securely wrapped and protected and returned in an unused and unopened state with original packaging.

Delivery Dates

Delivery dates displayed on eBay are estimates provided by eBay and are there purely for guidance. We cannot guarantee delivery by these dates. Generally, items purchased before noon are dispatched on the day of purchase others dispatched the next day. Items purchased on Friday after noon will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Lost or Delayed Items
