Don't really get a good workout. You would have to be incredibly unfit to get a hard workout - and this is coming from someone who is 4 stone overweight. Okay to just dance to and have a bit of fun but will not get your heart pumping. I had read great reviews about this, so I was very disappointed with it. I wanted something fun but something that would give me a workout. This didn't. The only positive thing about this dvd is the instructor. Really like her, but thats it.

Excellent exercise DVD split into convenient 10 minute sections. Easily used and adapted to suit needs. Starts of easier and gets harder. Well thought out and put together. Would highly recommend.
I really enjoyed this workout dvd. Its something different to the usual. Youre learning to dance which is fun but keeping fit at the same time. Its quite difficult in the begining if youve two left feet like me, but you soon catch on! I worked up a sweat early on. The short bursts of 5 x 10 min workouts are exactly what this busy mum needs.
Fun to learn and do. The moves are a bit tricky to pick up at first but practice makes perfect. Just dont try to be as good as the instructo All 5 workouts get your heart rate up and make you sweat and as each is only 10 mins you can mix and match depending on your mood and your time. Recommended for good aerobic workout and for variety.
