I purchase this mixer tap to replace my existing one which was dropping, and since it was delivered the tap stop, so I am keeping it for when it starts again. I have know it will.

WHEN we finally got the tap installed it worked fine. The tap part that protruded into the sink could have been with being 5cms longer, but hey-ho! Our biggest problem was the fitting of the 'locking nut' underneath the work surface. The nut was NOT of usual size and the chap at the Plumbing Centre, despite lots of ideas, failed to get another nut that actually fit ANY box spanner! We had to use an angle grinder to take off slithers off the nut so that the box spanner would fit! Bit of a nightmare! Some reviews actually say ''easy to fit''. Being an old cynic, I have my doubts about those certain reviews !!

The base is good quality and feels very solid. Nice lever action to it. The spout is a bit wobbly which means when you turn it around it feels a bit naff. Also pull out hose works but is very clunky and more plastic rather than metal feel to it. But for the price it's a nice looking tap that works well.

I'm so very pleased with this, the quality is great. The action is great it was easy to fit and at this price I can't fault it. Works perfectly on our double sink and is just as described. This kind of tap would cost well over £100 in a high street diy store.

The item arrived as describe in good working order. However, the tap doesn't appear firm and upright after installation. There are joins which are a bit shaky and can't be tightened by the plumber who installed it. Items however works as described.
