I am using a 25 watt iron and I find it has higher melting point than non cored solder so struggling a bit to get it to stick if it was lead free I would have understand but it is the same 60/40 the same as I am using a bit disappointed as I wanted it for circuit boards . So not really using it .It may be ok with a 40watt iron but my 25 watt only just melts it The service was good though cam very quickly

Using it for soldering photo-etch together on aircraft models. Thin enough to get in to tight gaps so is ideal for what I wanted it for and achieves much more secure and solid joints than using CA glue.

Really good solder and works like the most expensive stuff. No need to buy branded solder when you can get this.
