Purchasing any item for sale by TRADECO direct you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions listed below.
Payment
We only accept Paypal for payment processing. Paypal accept all major credit and debit cards and you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay us, simply log in to Paypal as a guest.
Non Payment
All items which are purchased and payment not received within 2 days will be reported to Ebay and an unpaid item case opened.
Delivery
At TRADECO direct we understand that when you place an order you want your goods to arrive as soon as possible and with the minimum of fuss. So, whenever an order is received by us (Monday to Friday before 1pm) we aim to try and despatch it the same day. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. We despatch nearly all items via Royal Mail our standard delivery for large letters is 2nd class (3-5 days) and parcels go by Royal Mail 48 (2-3 days), whilst Royal Mail state that most items will be delivered within these time frames it can occasionally take up to 15 days. Unfortunately once Royal Mail collects an item from us we lose any influence over the delivery of that item which is why we would kindly ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If for some reason you have not received your product within 7 working days then please do not hesitate to contact us so we can look into it for you. If you require an item to arrive with you quickly and by a specified date we would recommend that you choose a guaranteed next working day delivery service at checkout.
All delivery dates shown on ebay are estimates supplied by ebay, TRADECO direct accept no responsibility for items not delivered outside these estimates. TRADECO direct does not confirm delivery dates whatsoever unless Special delivery is selected at checkout.
Missing / Lost items in post
Any item that has been deemed lost in transit, we reserve the right to only offer a replacement product not a refund in all cases. We will ask all buyers to check with other members of the household and neighbours if they have received the item for you and also check with the local Royal Mail delivery office.
International Shipping –
We currently do not offer International shipping.
Returns/Faulty Items
At TRADECO direct customer satisfaction is paramount. That is why any item received, deemed to be faulty or damaged, will be replaced or refunded on a case by case basis. Please contact us within 7 days through ebay before you decide to send an item back as some problems can be resolved without the need to return the item. Please note, all items must be returned in their original packaging. If a product is faulty or damaged then we will require an image of the item clearly showing the fault, we will need these images for our suppliers and also to speed up the decision process. A replacement or refund will be actioned within 48 hours of a decision. Please contact us to inform us that you wish to return items and we will send you a returns number and also please ensure that the item is return in sufficient packaging (the original packaging is an acceptable standard).
Unwanted Goods
If your goods are no longer required you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund. The goods need to be unopened and with all their original packaging. Please contact us to inform us you wish to return the goods and we will send you the return address. Also please ensure that the item is returned in sufficient packaging (the original packaging is an acceptable standard) and also include copy of original invoice listing reason for return so we can action ASAP.
Product Listings
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. We strive to faithfully reproduce images of the items we sell, however, manufacturers constantly update and improve the design and specification of products and it is not always possible to update product images as quickly as the lines change. The item you receive will be of equal quality and value to that shown in the listing. In the case of listings where we have indicated that the colour of the item may differ from the colour represented in the listing pictures, please be assured that quality will not be compromised and that the item will be identical to the product displayed in every detail apart from the colour.
Due to alot of items being of a technical nature that TRADECO direct sells, we use the manufacturers description of the product. TRADECO direct will accept no liability if this description is incorrect.
Liability
The terms and conditions of business are not intended to affect your statutory rights or to limit our liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation resulting from our negligence. If there is a problem you may receive a refund or replacement under the terms of our guarantee. Our liability to you will always be limited to a full refund of the goods purchased. We will not compensate for delivery delays or failures unless you have requested a premium delivery option. In these circumstances our liability to you will be limited to a refund of the delivery charges you have paid. Our liability to you specifically excludes compensation for indirect or consequential loss or damage however it arises and except as described above will always be limited to a refund of your payment.
Feedback
We use ebay’s automated system for feedback, once a buyer is satisfied and leaves positive feedback the system will automatically leave feedback for the buyer.
