Appalling communication from seller. Parcel delivered to wrong address at ten minutes to midnight no signature obtained despite tracking saying signed by household. Very slow response from seller to multiple messages and when they finally replied they just asked had the item been delivered. Obviously did not read my messages. No assistance in finding the address where courier had dumped the parcel.

The one box was left off from the van and then messaged the seller and he replied to say that the third box will be with me soon and when it arrived I was happy - just wished all three boxes arrived together rather than separately, but overall everything worked out well. Absolutely perfect! My partner put this furniture together by him self in a couple of hours and we are now sat in the sunshine in comfort.
Only one slight niggle was that the package come in 3 boxes, 2 were delivered together and one came the next day. I’m not sure if this was due to the seller or the delivery company but I messaged the seller who gave me all of the delivery references to track it down. Great communication and fast delivery. Will recommend
