We offer delivery on all purchases from the Motorama eBay store to most postcode areas.
For all our items that are shipped via Courier, there are certain restrictions.
We are unable to accept orders for courier delivery to the Western Isles, Orkney, Shetland, Scilly Isles, Sark, Alderney, Herm, the East coast of Scotland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the channel islands or any international destination. Unless contacted first on 01482 328095.
Failed courier delivery attempts will be carded, You must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection. Failed courier deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery.
All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of shipping. Please be aware that we cannot accept liability for any expenses incurred because of delayed or unsuccessful deliveries. We will always endeavour to get your purchases to you within the delivery timescale specified, however, we cannot guarantee that deliveries will be made within this period, nor accept liability for deliveries that are made outside of it.
We usually dispatch within 1 working day after receiving cleared payment. For certain areas the courier would need another 3 to 5 days. Please bare in mind that we don't ship on Saturdays and Sundays & bank Bank Holidays. We would greatly appreciate it if you keep that in mind when making an order and contacting us first if you have any concerns regarding the delivery time before leaving negative feedback.
