Very poor experience. Bad company. Stay away. 2 items ordered. Only one was as described, the other was inferior quality. The item I ordered did not work at all. I asked would they send another one. Since then I have had daily obfuscating messages trying to delay the returns process claiming, they don't understand the problem, they need a photo, they didn't get said photo, would I accept 1/5 of my money as a return, they don't know how to refund in the currency they accepted as payment etc etc .

Considering the shipping distance and the envelope packaging, this item arrived not exactly as pictured in the website image. Although the item was bent out of shape, I manged to fix it slightly but not perfect. I wish I could post an picture/video but I don't have a digital camera or Apple iPhone. I was happy that the lights worked and the seller did offer partial compensation. It would have been better to ship the item in a protective box. My overall experience with huddoshop was positive.
