Bought an item that stated in description 22inc. And I received wrong size items and the seller said sorry but she can only refund 20% and make me keep the item as the return process is very difficult, even when the item was shipped from UK. This is an old strategy to make profit and make the customer lose their money. Don’t trust. Absolutely customer disrespect.
