Is this Company good to deal with? I think Yes. Communications were good & they wanted me to be a satisfied customer. I was asked to suggest a solution & was refunded v quickly. Issue? This mat, small light & thin enough to fold into the fan shape & size of Aladdin's hat, couldn't fulfill our standard purposes. But the hoover couldn't suck it off carpet & perhaps this could hang on walls or bedheads, stabilise jigsaws, protect a coffee table for play<space travel toys, plus other possibilities?.
