it a good bargain, and i have tried this workout and to start this programe, it do take longer to do as first time beginner. after i did some workout, i felt good already. then later on the day i did more and believe me i felt like i did the marathon, so i knew then that i body took on the right exercise and almost was shaking with effort trying to do more, but it did not hurt at all. good workout book and already i have bought another workout book as a gentle yoga. brills
