We operate Monday to Friday and do not post items Saturday, Sunday & UK bank holidays. We endeavour to post all orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) out the same day.

1. DELIVERY: Please be aware eBay delivery date is ESTIMATED not guaranteed. Standard post is Royal Mail 48 (Second Class) and you should allow between 2-3 days allowing a further day or so during busier periods. If goods are required sooner then please use the services provided.
We send most items by Royal Mail business post unless otherwise stated on the listing. We may use alternative services at our discretion to satisfy the order requirements. We cannot be held liable for delays by the postal service, and/or other courier we choose for delivery. In the first instance you should contact us if you feel the delivery has taken longer than expected.
2. CLAIMS: Any claim for short deliveries , damaged goods or incorrect items must be advised within 3 days of receipt of goods. If any goods supplied by the seller are shown to be defective to the satisfaction of the seller through faulty material and/or manufacturer workmanship, then the seller shall send replacement goods free of charge, or at the option of the buyer, refund the purchase price provided that the faulty item is returned within 30 days from date of despatch. The seller under no circumstances will be liable to the buyer for any loss, damages, or remedial expenses whether or consequently arising from the goods supplied by the seller for any purpose.
3. WARRANTIES: Any information or technical assistance given by the seller is given in good faith and is given for general guidance only, and does not constitute a warranty, guarantee or recommendation of the suitability of the goods for specific purpose.

4. PRODUCT DETAIL: Our listings include where available the MPN (Manufacturers Part Number) & an item EAN (European Article Number) We deal directly with all leading brands, we do not sell counterfeit, and sell in good faith the product has been identified correctly by you, or your installer.
We supply detail that may Plumbing Industry specific & recognisable that may not be instantly known or understandable if you are unaware. It is your responsibility to investigate and understand the terminology BEFORE making your purchase
We can assure you that a product that 'looks similar' or 'should work' will not without being correctly identified. If you are in any doubt, it is advisable to contact the manufacturer, your installer (or ourselves) before making a purchase
Certain items are classed as a non-returnable item once opened or installation attempted. This is acceptance the product has been identified as correct
5. SIZES: Please be aware that many sizes shown are the industry standard sizes and may not be the physical measurement of the product. 1/2 & 3/4 threads for instance are BSP (British Standard Pipe) size which if measured would be 3/4" & 1" respectively. Flush valves stating 1.5" & 2" are the internal measurement of the threaded section and not the external measurement. It is your responsibility to check the product detail and item specifics where the information is provided. If in any doubt then please contact us in the first instance before placing your order.

7. RETURNS: We abide by the ebay 30 day return policy. We accept returned products and must include original manufacturers packaging, instructions and guarantees. Items other than supplied incorrectly or faulty, will be subject to inspection and if not deemed in a resaleable condition will not be refunded and a report submitted to eBay for misuse of returns. Items as toilet seats, hinges and fixings are classed as a 'non-returnable' items once removed from their cellophane cover or packaging (Health and Hygiene)
Please ensure you do not remove seats from their protective cover until you are sure it will fit. Installation, or attempted installation is acceptance the product is correct.
