Been using this for over 5 years now within the HGV trade, has done the job every time, the tap holder is rubbish but i'd recommend socket holders anyway, would buy again just as good as bluepoint in my opinion.

It's not brilliant quality, but I expected that due to the price. However, it suits me just fine for what I need it for which is cleaning up threads (paint and electroplating build up) whilst doing work restoring my car. I doubt if you could cut threads from scratch. It has all the sizes I require and as the photo shows, comes in a useful case. So, it's not brilliant quality, but if you just need a tap and die set for the same reason as me, I'd sort of say that it's pretty good. Again … what do you expect for the price?

Wonderful piece of kit!! But the wife said "Humph! Not much tapping? No flipping shoes either!!" Then?! & WHERE ARE ALL THE DYES!!?? I wanted to do the curtains! Just NO pleasing some people eh?? OK the taps are plug taper, the dies are , well dies! Cheap driver and stocks. But quite adequate for threading bolts and nuts for most people!

Quality is shocking, If you were to cut a thread with this set you would never find a bolt that fits. Burrs on all the bits, inconsistent diamiter taps, even the case doesnt hold together. Wouldnt even buy as a toy! Glad I got refunded!
