Delivery of parcels sent by us is generally provided with tracking details which is visible on eBay. Goods returned back with failed delivery attempts due to issue with the address will be subject to £3.50 cost of sending goods plus £4 for returning back the parcel.
 
Delivery time is given by chosen courier company. They are not guaranteed time stated by us. Any delays are not our responsibilities. In the event of delays or loss we cannot send refund or replacement until 30 days from date of purchase for International deliveries and 20 days for UK deliveries. The first attempt at delivery did not materialize but this was not the fault of the vendor. It was being returned to them by the carrier due to the fact it had been damaged in transit. Upon contacting the vendor a full refund or replacement was offered. The latter was chosen and this was undertaken by the vendor. The item arrived packaging badly damaged but thankfully the contents were ok. The customer service given by the vendor was excellent could not fault it at all.

    Mailbox is not LARGE!!!

    This is not a LARGE mailbox in fact it small . The letter flap is not spring loaded so flap stays open. The main materials is well covered with a black coating and is supposed to be galvanised, there is no mention of this on the packaging. However it have a good lock.

    small improvement

    the top of the box is flat so when it rains the box top is very wet rust in the future but other wtse a very good product at a very good price
