- We only ship items to addresses registered on eBay/PayPal and cannot amend the delivery address after the order has been placed. Make sure the address you need the item to be posted to is added to you eBay/PayPal account BEFORE placing an order.
- Items sent to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and any Off Shore Islands may incur an additional courier surcharge depending on the value and size of the order. We will where possible ship items by Royal Mail however heavier/ larger items will need to be sent by courier and a surcharge payment will be required.
- Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith. More details available on each individual listing.

- Returns:
If you decide that you no longer want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including its original packaging, without missing parts, not worn or altered/damaged). Returns out of the 14 days are down to our discretion and a 15% re-stocking fee will apply if accepted.
Refunds will only be made when the item is received in our depot and inspected by our quality control manager. Refunds for the cost of the item(s) will be made within 3 working days by the same method in which payment was received. Postage & Packaging costs, eBays fees, import and customs charges are all non-refundable.
- Sending back to Steel & Speed:
Please package your item(s) securely, returning in the original outer packaging where possible. It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the goods in a timely manner and undamaged.
We would suggest using a tracked or signed for service and obtain a certificate of posting at the point of payment at your post office/ courier. This is at your discretion and cost (unless otherwise stated). We will not be held responsible for items that are lost in transit and we will not issue refunds for returned items that have been lost in transit.
