Ok. if you are building a D.I.Y. e-bike as I am there are two choices... this belt drive or the h25 timing chain sprocket... What you need to realise is that the sprocket is glued onto the shaft and trying to remove it might damage the shaft. I have elected to connect a free wheel hub sprocket directly over the belt sprocket.... using M20 washers and bolts... The space between the belt sprocket and the free wheel hub filled with Epoxy glue! I am also using Supa-fix APX4 glue to hold everything in place..... This should work...... Regards, John
