Unfortunately some dents are apparent In the models - they would have travelled better packaged in a box rather than a bag. I didn't notice any fragile stickers on the bag. That would be my feedback. Otherwise, I'm happy with the items as is and don't need to pursue a query or refund regarding the dents.
