Ducati M750 Monster LTD Edition
For sale (or deal/swap?) my Original Monster Ltd edition silver 750.
Unique MR X registration
I bought this a while ago as a non runner which had been stood for approximately FIVE years in a pretty damp garage. It had also been put away having not been cleaned.
It wasn't until very recently when I moved up to Scotland that I found the time to sort it out.
I bought a full service kit from Ducati and changed:
Both cam belts.
Fully synthetic Silkolene.
It has also had a new X-ring DID chain and sprocket kit, as the one still on the bike was rusted virtually solid.
New brake pads front and rear.
Brand new Metzeler M3 tyres.
The bike started virtually instantly after fitting Motobatt mega battery, and ran and continues to run like new.
It handles like a 125GP bike and can be thrown around corners and roundabouts with ease.
The intention was always for my Mrs to ride this bike as it very small and light for a 750.
However, it is too torquey to what she is used to, or comfortable with.
So again we are looking for another Suzuki SV650 and are more than willing to do a deal for an SV OR an SFV Gladius with cash.
I would never describe it as immaculate as it has peeling paint on the engine and wheels because of the corrosion. It is the basis for an immaculte restoration, or damn good runner for use now.
I use this bike regularly for work ( in good weather ) and love riding it. I also have a Monster, but the animal S4R.
The `Baby` is soooooooooo smooth its hard to to believe its a V-twin.
The handling is sublime, the engine pulls like a steam train, but its performance is a little too much for Liz at the moment. (We are both well into our 50`s) She loves SV`s...... no taste ;-)
Please contact me (Paul) on 07583 547228 if you require any further info or pictures.
Any viewings welcome.
I have the FULL pack including the shoulder bag from the original dealer, as the person I bought it from was the original owner from new.
A big pile of receipts and paperwork going back to day one.
It also includes a pair of Carbon Can Co. race cans - which are loud!
I prefer the sound of the originals!

Just to add:
I`m NOT going to give this bike away as a few idiots have made some stupid offers (300 quid?????). I didnt know if I should laugh at him or call him a ........
I`m not going to line Ebay`s pockets either with their extortionate reserve price fees.
If the bike doesn't hit a grand an hour before the auction ends, it will be withdrawn.
I hope this stops the `stupid` out there asking what's my `best price`
Minimum 1000, please don`t ask if I will take anything less.
There are close to A HUNDRED watchers at the moment, if you want it.........make me an offer, or just click buy it now.............
Sorry if this sounds a bit brash, but I`m sick of the barrage of texts asking if I will take pocket change for it.....NO
