A neighbour was about to through away an old Dell PC. So I doubled the memory using this replacement memory kit and turned a piece of junk into a usable PC for their young kids to use. A fresh install of Windows 7 and this memory upgrade and he presto one working PC. I cannot see its fast, but I can say its a lot faster than it was, making it usable once more. What is so pleasing is that you can still get these items on ebay.
