Where applicable, including a business, flat or unit name or number may also be required for successful delivery. We cannot be held accountable for any inaccuracies in your postal address. Any inaccuracies or omissions with addresses may end up in items being delayed or not able to be delivered.
We can only accept payment via PayPal. If you send a payment via PayPal's 'eCheque' method instead of an instant transfer, we will require the payment to be cleared before posting your item. This can take around 10 working days.
On some rare occasions where an item may not be available, we will aim to notify you as soon as possible and either offer an alternative or a refund.
Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any delays in your parcel being processed by Royal Mail. You should ensure that you place your order in good time if you require an item for a specific date, particularly around Christmas & Bank Holidays.
