Hi and welcome to my auction. I'm selling my Ford Transit utility vehicle. It was converted from new for a national utility company, they owned it from new and I am the second keeper and I have the logbook in my name.

Very low mileage @ 57,700 (but may increase). MOT until the end of February 2014, TAX until the end of the year. The van has sat for a while as I can no longer work due to ill health, I was going to hold on to it, but my condition does not seem to be improving much. 

These vans cost a fortune to convert with loads of kit making them very versatile. They offer resources for a number of trades, not just road works.
These vans are useful for: commercial tyre companies, self builders where power has not been connected, carpenters, mobile mechanics, mobile smart repairs, ice cream van conversions and many more..  
The van has a built in generator with 110 volt and 240 volt power sockets, the sockets can be accessed from inside or outside the vehicle.
The van has a built in compressor which has a working pressure of 100 PSI. There is one outlet where the air is oiled for tools etc and one which is just clean air, so paint spraying is not a problem, there is also a water trap inside the van to collect any condensation produced by the compressor. There is a large fan with an additional radiator underneath the rear of the van to keep the kit cool while the van is sat still. 
The alarm system allows you to lock the cab while the back is unlocked so you can work behind the van without someone stealing something from the cab.
The alarm also allows you to completely lock the vehicle whilst the generator and compressor are in operation.
The PTO basically switches the drive from the wheels to the generator and compressor while the van sits in 4th gear with the engine is running.
There is a hot and cold water sink/tap with an area in the side for personal clothes etc.. The back is kitted out with heavy duty metal racking on both sides and storage above the cab, internal strip lighting, eternal spot lighting, power sockets, tow bar and reversing sensors (but they need looking at) the roof is perspex which is really handy when your working in the van during the day or under street lamps, it has good ambient light, not dingy and dark as it would be with a metal roof.
The van has twin batteries with a battery guard, so you can run the lights from one, then the engine will start from the other, then they are charged alternately, you can flick a switch to swap batteries.
The van has heavy duty suspension at the rear and good tyres all round. In the cab there is telephone/blue tooth connection, CD player, electric windows. There is a transformer for a laptop and USB connections.

The bodywork is untidy but not hard to rectify in my opinion (I can take care of this at a price to be agreed as I am a paint sprayer by trade). The main area of concern is the side loading door, it would be easier to replace it with a second hand one, they will be easy to find in the same colour. The other damage is easily repairable. See photos of the bodywork to make up your own mind. The cab is grubby, it needs a good valet, the drivers seat is starting to wear  as they often do, so a set of seat covers would be advisable.
The lights on top of the roof need the orange covers as they are missing. 
In the door there are stickers to say that the next service is Feb next year or 63,000 miles.
