Exactly as described. So happy I bought this and was able to save 50% off the original price. The box arrived mangled and one of the Styrofoam packing pieces was missing. I was worried it would be very dinged up but it wasn't any more dinged or dented then the original posting described.

The box arrived but it looks like it’s been through the wringer. Lots of tape holding it together. Rollator looks ok but the bag is missing. I notified the seller and received email saying they are having the manufacturer send the bag. As yet I haven’t gotten shipping information.
