Initially it would not cut well at all so I sharpened the blade on a stone then realised it had been inserted the wrong way round. it works adequately on modelling balsa and thin ply. Well made for the price and saves time from sanding down larger edges and corners. Adjusting the blade is fiddly but achievable with patience.
