Pleased with product, seems well made and it's easy to use. I have it permanently charging my caravan 12 v battery. I didn't expect it to deliver 20 watts, but on a sunny day it's charging at about 350 mA ( 5 watts) which is what I wanted to trickle charge it at.

I am planning to have a full solar array for the house, so to get a bit of practice in and find different positions and angles, I decided to get a small panel to practice with. It is very well made and tells me a lot about work with solar panels, charging batteries, linking with a wind generator, inverters and other such fancy stuff. When I eventually get my home set up working, I will use this small panel with the car for charging phones at picnics. All in all, a very nice product.

We are using two of these panels to charge the battery systems in a horse stable and surrounding fields. The panels are easy to work with, and the lack of glass is very helpful when working with animals. Mounting the panels is straightforward, and in our case we simply used fence posts at an angle, with a simple timber frame for support, with four holes drilled in the edge of the panel - we sealed the screw holes after fitting, however this probably isn't needed. The panels are connected to old car batteries, with one circuit powering the electric fence unit for the fields, and the second providing low energy lighting to all the stables, and so far the panels are doing their job, keeping the batteries fully charged. This is a highly versatile solar panel, and I'll probably expand our system using more sophisticated controllers and an inverter.Read full review

Bought for trickle charging trailer tent battery, but after totally flattening car battery while away through leaving electrics on. I used it to protect the car battery leaving it propped up on the car dash, after 5 days it's time to go home and while wondering where to get a jump start l thought I would just try it. To my pleasant surprise the car started first time, paid for itself already!

Bought to maintain the charge in my off the road car battery (goes flat because of the power drain from security system). Has been placed under the sun roof window and seems to be doing the job as intended. I am a little concerned it might over-charge but so far OK. I am starting the car every day but not leaving it running and the battery has not shown any deterioration as it has in the past being dead after about 4 weeks! I am intending to use some to provide 12v LED lighting in a new shed when I have it.
