All sales are subject to the following trading terms- these terms and conditions do not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We try to insure that all information provided is as accurate as possible.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted by us. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us，and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation which you will get by email.
We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item， please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
Prices are in Sterling Pounds unless otherwise specified.
Delivery prices are quoted for mainland UK only – Certain areas of the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland may attract a surcharge. For delivery other than mainland UK, please contact us for a quote.
We will give you an estimated date of dispatch for your order. If these dates cannot be met for any reason we will try to keep you informed of any delays and when you can expect delivery. Whilst we make every effort to keep to stated delivery times we cannot be held liable for any losses or costs incurred as a result of a failure to meet estimated delivery dates and times.
Please provide a valid telephone number when ordering so if needed, we can contact you regarding your order & delivery.
Please double check your delivery address before ordering, we will not accept any responsibility for incorrect addresses that are provided at the point of ordering.
Please respond to any calling cards that are left by our couriers. If an item is not called for, and returned to us, you are responsible for the original shipping costs, and a redelivery charge will apply.
We often charge less for postage and shipping than it actually costs us. If at any point you are required to pay a redelivery fee/returns charge, we will charge you our cost price - this may not be the same as what is shown on the listing.
Heavier and Bigger Items are subject to higher delivery charges, please keep this in mind when requesting returns/redeliveries.
All goods are offered subject to stocks and availability. If for any reason they are no longer available we will try to offer an alternative, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the contract and offer a refund.
Damaged/Faulty Items:
In the unlikely situation that any items received by the customer are faulty or damaged, we will replace them. All damages must be reported to us via the eBay My Messages system within 3 Working Days from delivery. ANY RETURN REQUEST MUST BE APPROVED BY US PRIOR TO DESPATCHING ITEM BACK TO US.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
If you change your mind for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item, you can request to return your item for a refund. Please contact us via the EBay My Messages system.
AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION ,WE WILL SEND YOU RETURN FORM WHICH YOU MUST SEND US BACK VIA EMAIL OR POST WITH NECEESARY INFORMATION FILLED IN. PLEAE BE NOTED THAT WE CANNOT PROCEED ANY REFUND WITHOUT THE RETURN FORM .ANY RETURN REQEST MUST BE APPROVED BY US PRIOR TO DESPATCHING ITEM BACK TO US.
Specific Return Postage
If required, we will provide a returns service - this will incur a collection charge. Collection charges start at £10.00, however larger and heavier items will incur more expensive return charges. Otherwise, you can arrange to return the item at your own cost. Original postage and packaging charges will not be refunded - as a business we have already paid this charge.
