We are only able to answer questions sent to us via the eBay message system. No emails sent directly or through Paypal can be answered.
We aim to despatch within 1 working day of your order.

If something is wrong or we've made a mistake send us a message or telephone us with your problem before leaving negative feedback. We pride ourselves on our good customer service and will try to sort out your problem to the best of our ability.
We post out every weekday but please remember that items do get delayed and lost in the post sometimes. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. We will provide proof of postage for any missing or lost item when reported within 14 days of dispatch on a mainland item or 20 days of dispatch on an international item.
Items can be returned (please see our returns policy) but must be sent back in all original packaging and unused(no exceptions).
Include your eBay user id with all correspondence as we cannot tell who has returned the item by your name or address alone.
Before buying read the item description where we will describe the item to the best of our ability. The item title may contain keywords only used so our items can be found in eBay searches. If you are in any doubt about an item "ask sender a question" to get your query clarified before buying.
We only post to the address provided on the eBay item purchased(no exceptions). We are not responsible for posting to old or incorrect addresses you have provided, so check your address before you checkout and pay for the item.
Postage costs for sending and returning items are the Buyers responsibility unless the item was not correctly described or is faulty and must be returned in all original packaging.
If you haven't had a reply to your message within 72 hours please email again as we may have missed you. Please note we are a business and may not answer questions on evenings or weekends.
