Collection is welcome from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Dorchester. Please, message first before collecting so that we can prepare your order for you.
Postage & Packing
Prices may or may not include the expense of shipping, labour and packaging.
(Please remember that it costs more than just the price of carriage to dispatch goods)
Shipping/Delivery
We mainly ship using courier service, this means that you only pay one charge for as many items as you like. (Up to the courier’s weight and size limits). For smaller items we will post.
Returns
If the part is incorrect for any reason or faulty on fitting then please inform us about the issue within 7 days. We can arrange to have it returned to us, on receipt we will either make a refund or send you a replacement.
Please note that we are unable to refund if the part has been modified in anyway and/or dismantled. We don’t refund shipping costs, incurred by us or by you.
