Right to cancellation You may cancel your declaration of the contract within 14 days, without citing reasons, in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or - if you received the goods before expiry of the term - by returning the goods. The period begins upon receipt of this cancellation instruction in written form, however not prior to the delivery of the goods to the consignee (or in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not prior to the delivery of the first part delivery), nor before the fulfilment of our duties to furnish information pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB). If you did not receive this cancellation information immediately after your declaration of contract, the time limit within which you may withdraw from the contract is one month. If you are unable to return to us or to issue services or applications (e.g. user advantages) in full or in part or only in deteriorated condition, you must provide us with compensation of equal value. For the deterioration of the item (and for any use made) you must only provide compensation insofar as usage or deterioration is attributed to handling of the item that goes beyond the testing of qualities and functions. "Testing of qualities and functions" is understood to mean the testing and checking of the goods as is possible and typical within a retail shop. Goods which can be sent by parcel shipment are to be returned at our risk and expense. Goods that are not suitable for parcel shipment shall be collected from you. If you did not receive this cancellation information immediately after your declaration of contract, you do not have to pay any compensation for any deterioration to the item caused by the use for which the item is intended. Any obligations to make compensation payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the period begins upon dispatch of your statement of cancellation, or dispatch of the goods.
