    Slightly confusing experience as it was not immediately apparent that this was a exchange unit or how any guarantee worked, on arrival the packaging appeared to have been well used so the pump had fallen into the outer plastic bag however the pump looked to have been very well refurbished, and looked undamaged so as described, fitted now and working, so let's hope that continues, would recommend this company purely on the quality of the refurbishment

    Excellent service from The Steering Specialist's. originally I sent my Range Rover l322 steering rack for refurbishment, Unfortunately my steering rack was beyond repair. Luckily The Steering Specialist's had my back and were able to send me a rack already refurbished. Replacement rack was delivered immediately by courier.     Parts were correct and fitted the vehicle as described. Only bad point was parcel force's poor customer service, asked to be left with a neighbour via their automated system, this didn't happen 2days in a row then they "delivered" it to the post office (only open 9-5). Seller didn't seem to take any notice of my complaint about parcel force, so won't use again.
