While we strive to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and is as great as possible, sometimes things do go wrong, we (ourselves and our suppliers) are all, only a skeleton covered in squishy bits just like you. If there is ever an issue, we will do our very best to make it right and make it as painless as possible.
There is no legally binding contract between us until we have accepted your order with a confirmation email that your item(s) have been dispatched.
Due to ebay’s buyer/seller protection policy we are unable to change the delivery address once payment has been made. Sorry.
While we always try our best to deliver as quickly as possible, please note that ebay s estimated shipping/delivery times are not always exact, as they do not take into account constantly changing stock levels, bank holidays or weekends.
Unused and items still as new, can be returned for any reason up to 14 days after delivery. We do not cover return postage costs.
Returns sent back between 14 and 30 days may incur a re-stocking fee and will also be refunded less the original P&P costs WE incur when sending you the item.
Returned items must be returned unfitted and in a new condition. They must be able to be sold as a new item when returned. If you have an item that is faulty, this will be covered by the manufacturer s warranty, not as a return. (manufacturers terms and conditions apply)
Special order items and/or made to order items are not always returnable. If it is an item suitable for being returned you may incur a restocking fee.
AmD or our suppliers accepts no responsibility for the use of parts which modify emissions devices on the public highway. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all local laws are adhered to within their home area/country.
Under no circumstances do we cover any labour costs or pay compensation for any reason.
No guarantee can be made by the company with regards to the sound and performance of exhaust systems or any other upgrades, on any vehicle
We highly recommend not making any bookings or arrangements to have items fitted until you take delivery. As much as we would love every order/delivery to be 100% perfect, 100% of the time, this isn t always possible, sometimes there are unforeseen or out of our control delays and we will not be liable for any costs incurred.
You are responsible for paying any relevant customs duties, import charges, or other international fees upon delivery in your country. They are not included in the item s purchase and postage price unless otherwise stated by ebay when purchasing via ebay s GSP. We recommend you research this before you place an order.
